Monica understands the challenges facing those who want to work hard in an effort to advance their careers or grow their businesses, and has worked with a variety of early-stage companies. She is mindful, respectful and supportive of others’ entrepreneurial endeavors and is dedicated to helping busy go-getters achieve a more balanced life. Through her two decades of experience as a community volunteer Monica has honed her skills in the areas of organization, communication, collaboration, and time-management. In addition, her education and past and current work experience have allowed her to gain insight and knowledge easily transferrable to any environment. Monica has also been a financial and marketing services professional with top-rate client service and project management skills which were developed within both corporate and entrepreneurial settings. She is experienced in event planning; marketing and public relations; logistics, and problem-resolution, as well as a community leader with excellent organizational skills and a passion for doing quality work.
Monica has served her community in a variety of roles, holding positions on various boards as well as volunteering her time with local clubs and organizations. She is interested in travel, physical fitness, tennis, spirituality, happiness and living life to its fullest potential. She holds a B.S. from Syracuse University, a M.B.A. from DePaul University, and a M.A. in Integrative Health and Healing from The Graduate Institute. In her past role as Program Coordinator with The Graduate Institute, she facilitated learning within the Integrative Health and Healing master’s program, acting as liaison between her group of master’s candidates and school administration and teaching staff.
